We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service partners when a repair requires an external part or specialised work, and only to the extent needed.
Device data
For repairs, we ask you to back up your data first. Where we perform a backup on your request, we retain it only until you collect the device and confirm the data is restored.
Retention
Enquiry and service records are kept for as long as needed to support warranty claims and store records.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your contact details at any time by calling or messaging the store.
