Warranty policy
Warranty terms depend on the device and are stated on your invoice at the time of purchase.
Coverage
Where a warranty is offered, it covers functional hardware failure under normal use for the period stated on the invoice.
Not covered
Physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks, tampering or repairs done elsewhere, consumables, software issues, viruses, and normal battery wear.
Battery
Batteries in pre-owned devices are wear items. Backup figures quoted at the time of sale are indicative and are not covered by warranty unless stated otherwise.
Claiming
Bring the device and the original invoice to the store. Diagnosis is done in-store; repair or replacement is at our discretion based on the fault.
Turnaround
Most warranty repairs are completed within a few working days, subject to part availability.
